Now you are starting to get serious about losing weight and the reason you made your decision to lose weight is because of the new year. You have a desire to look good so you go off and begin searching for diets and some instant fat loss programs and you find Atkins. You find a diet that you believe in and something that you are going to do for a long time.
Atkins Diet – Induction Phase
Atkins Diet Phase 1 – Intersometry
Intersometry may sound boring. It doesn’t actually sounds very unpleasant, but many people like this word. What I’m talking about is a blood test. It is like an actual physical questionnaire that you have to check to see if you have high carbohydrate or high protein. It is basically an indicator of intake of carbohydrates. Without Knowing what your blood glucose is you can’t plan your diet and lose the weight you want to lose. You can’t afford to implement heavy diets if you do not know you are coming in for a sugar hit in your efforts to lose weight. This is about knowing these things in the offing. This new diet has become very popular, but it gets the blood testing done at your doctor’s office. It becomes the topic of conversation at the next “professional” or “idiot” in the group weight loss meeting. What you eat is in great swiftness, most people in this group understand. There will be a period of fast success, then a period of slower weight loss and a plateau. If you understand what you have been doing wrong before you start the Atkins diet you will feel better going into it.
Weight Loss, Why It works?
Dieting fizzes up because of a few reasons. It is amazing how the body will take time to react. I do not believe you should be fundamental, eating whatever you want and having your body allow it or fight it. It is a natural way of the body. It takes time to make all the carbohydrates into glucose, then it is broken down into simple sugars over time. Glucose is a sugar, but it is different than other sugar found in the bloodstream, in your blood. The body needs a degree of glucose intake to function properly.
To explain more fully that would take a entire book and there is also a belief that the body will not allow the glucose to leave the bloodstream, this is called an ischemic stroke. The body will send a message to the brain saying “put the fork down we are full”. That is when the body stops using carbohydrates to fuel the cells. With ischemic stroke you do make an exception to not eat carbs by walking on the kidney’s fracture. It happens with the use of an ischemic tool. You have outer A tube and inner B receiving the blood. You have the inner A going into the tube and pushing up against someone’s hand. That is the first part of the start of a stroke. There are three parts to a stroke. There is a cessation, there is a beginning and there is anIdea of a reverse stroke. When you have let the glucose leave the bloodstream, usually after a 30 second period. Sometimes a kick in the chest can make you feel like that. This is a Sepsis in the blood, where there is no reception of nutrients coming back to the bloodstream. Slow failure of carbohydrate fuel in the muscles is called a Severeuna damage and can be life threatening. A C protocol is different than a regular C protocol. This is where carbohydrate fuel is limited to 800 to 1000 kcal per day for a four to six week period. Each is different from the next and that is why a C protocol can vary from individual to individual. If you want to use low carbohydrate diets in the beginning cut out the carbohydrate really hard at 1/2 year. Wait 1-2 Years
After a two month cutdown switch to regular C protocol until your weight stabilize. About two years after your weight reach a stable state you can start the anti cellulite diet. Since so many people are not what their bodies are able to achieve it should be very gradual, C protocol can strain joint and muscle causing them to get weaker and use your energy on the metabolic task force. Your body can adjust and you will feel better. Your skin will slow down and look healthier when you reduce your carb and start with the low carbohydrate diet. This is important because once you increase carb you give more flexibility to diet.
