How to Get Rid of Free Radicals

Modern people are under greater stress than ever before, whether it be the 21st century stresses of job competition, financial worries, increased medical diagnosis and treatments, environmental toxins, or the ever-growing plethora of emotions that can create stress. Add to this list the multitude of products that contain fillers and preservatives, caffeine and colouring, and it becomes obvious that people are under undue stress.

It is now thought that stress is the cause of at least 30 diseases and illnesses and a good part of 50 others. It is thought that the stress response is the root cause of most diseases, including the ‘big three’, heart disease, cancer and diabetes, and this ultimately leads to a boost in hormones such as cortisol, endorphins and serotonin – the happy hormones. More chemotherapy, radiation or surgical interventions occur and become expected. The negative effects of excess stress can be mitigated through stress management techniques, but it is ultimately the body’s failure to adapt to increased stress that causes the stresses.

Where does free radical come from?

Free radicals are unstable atoms or molecules that are missing an electron. At some stage in its development, the atom receives an extra electron, which is taken by another atom in the body. Unfortunately, this atom can then, in some cases, release another electron, which results in a harmful mutation. The body develops these cells as a result of exposure to environmental toxins, food additives, cigarette smoke and of course, the ‘modern lifestyle’.

A good example of free radical damage is when a anaesthetic is used during a surgical procedure. Free radicals are present in the body, and are the cause of the inflammation and irritation that cause the body to develop the stack of proteins that form scar tissue. The body adapts to the new environment by increasing the ‘resistance’ levels to the free radicals, so to combat the free radical damage, the body strategies a great deal.

What is Radiation?

Modern life exposes the body to increasing amounts of radiation. The damaging effects of radiation can be thermal, physical and chemical.

The types of radiation involved include:

• UV (Ultra Violet)

• ELF (energy from the sun, also known as ‘ionizing radiation’

• Trojan (high energy alternating light, a form of Light)

•GRN (high frequency diode)

• UV (ultraviolet)

• visible light

• radar (also known as sensing and ranging radio waves that are also part of the electromagnetic spectrum)

• radio waves

Now, in our daily environment there are a great many things that alpha, beta and delta radiation are emitted from. The body is protected against alpha and beta radiation by our ozone layer, but a certain amount of alpha radiation is alsoliated through our skin and can penetrate our skin and body. The body acts to prevent excessive amounts of beta radiation by dilating the blood vessels and moods. alpha radiation can however reach the brain and other parts of the body, because of our need to ‘see’ with the naked eye.

Public expenditure on health is increasing by 5% each year. This means we have over 3 trillion dollars a year to spend on health. Where does the money go?

The effective elimination of free radicals will drastically reduce the degenerative disease (overdose, toxic poisoning, cancer etc.) caused by stress, toxins, pollutants, cigarette smoke, ultra violet rays, radiation etc.

Now, these are effective ways to rid the body of free radicals.

The ultra violet, radiation emitting devices and chemicals have a valuable contribution.

We could compare it to the tungsten in your 350 benzene light bulb. The tungsten is the ultra violet radiation. The ultra violet/light bulb is the pollutants / free radicals. The benzene is the contaminant free radical. The pure wonder of nature, the bulb, holds in itself, all sorts of highly volatile chemicals, preventing narcotics from the body.

So, how to “up grade” society, to make it more healthy?

By removing the antigen!

By removing stress, replacing it with “retained” state (training, meditation, counseling, emotional free range aquatic meditation), replacing drugs with super amplifyors of nature. Healthy eating and exercise which are the obvious ones.
