Anxiety is the term used to describe a person who suffers from panic attacks and/or other anxiety-inducing circumstances. There are many forms of anxiety disorders, from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PSTD) to social anxiety disorder (SAD). These disorders can be treated with psychotherapy, medication, self-help techniques, and other forms of treatment.
Anxiety can be a very very scary experience, it feels as though you are losing control of your life. As though you have no idea what is happening and are moving through life without control, and when that anxiety hits, panic attacks strike, which takes over your life as you try to hold on.
Sometimes anxiety is a normal and necessary reaction to something or somebody, such as anxiety over a new job interview, or starting a new relationship, or when you have a busy schedule. Other times it can be a sign of something serious. Anxiety is an indication that something isn’t right and is asking you to work towards resolving it as fast as possible. Fear, or fear of being afraid, can also affect your quality of life.
The basic steps of the therapy are to work with the victim to stop the symptoms and learn to manage them so the person no longer experience the unwanted feelings. One of the first steps in therapy is to identify the situation, recognize it and observe it in an appropriate way. Then the therapist should identify the cause of the symptoms. Once you notice a trigger of the situation, try to identify it, either by recognizing it when it happens or by witnessing it.
People think that anxiety is completely wrong. They should know that one is not responsible for the anxiety of someone else. Often times, people do not even know what causes their anxiety. Anxiety can happen in anyone. Those who have panic attacks are different and the problem can be cured if we only let ourselves be aware. It is important to notice that it is not all people who experience this problem. If you do not know what causes your panic attacks, then you should take time to notice your symptoms. Furthermore, it is essential to know that there are effective ways to cope with anxiety. You should be able to manage your condition if you simply begin to work on controlling it.

Anxiety attacks is the way most people know it, it occurs when the brain produces too much of a chemical called cortisol which prompts the individual to have heart palpitations, feeling as if their heart is racing or they can’t catch their breath. It can range from short periods of feeling extremely anxious or experiencing a panic attack, to living with a condition that requires daily medication.
Panic attacks are generally scary feelings that come over you if you are in a stressful situation. While a panic attack could affect someone who is calm or confident, it can also affect someone who is often quiet, shy, fearful or nervous. Sometimes panic attacks cause temporary physical symptoms such as light-headedness, chest tightness or shortness of breath, but the emotional impact can be life-threatening. The best way to handle a panic attack is to find something calming to help you get over it. And breath slowly. Admit you are anxious and find something to focus and direct your attention to.
Today a person suffering from anxiety can truly think his entire world into being as he operates his anxiety. He can begin to relax. There’s more to his world, and he can dare to be open to that reality. Through training, counseling, and counseling sessions, a person who is anxious will learn how to manage and cope with anxiety and overcome its negative effects on their life.
