I Love Planting Plants

I don’t just do crazy stuff all the time you know. I think that there is nothing better than some quite time in-between your daily schedules. And I find that gardening is the perfect relaxation for me. It makes me feel better about daily occurrences and makes me realize that we all contain inside of us the seeds of goodness and peace that are needed to bloom into a beautiful perfect planet.

Caring for your plants and giving them the basic attention that they need is almost an art to me. I’ve had days and sometimes weeks when I don’t remember how I feel and stuff. My plants have always been there for me whenever I need a reason to feel better.

One interesting thing about plants is they release oxygen into the air. It’s true! I don’t know why, but plants actually help absorb and absorb carbon dioxide. Another exciting thing about plants is they actually work as a purifier to take the dirt out of our air. Remember, plants take in carbon dioxide and turn it into oxygen.

Purinating Plants

It’s very important for us to understand that plants are built to be beautiful. We arebooster plants. We need to have beautiful plants in our homes to keep the air we breathe clean. Think of it like a backup battery, it keeps your really important things you need, safe and alive and it also helps the battery in the car.

It’s funny, I can remember as a child sitting in the same class as my dad, who always had a science project for us kids. When it was time to do our science project my dad would always grade his kids on creativity, and he particularly liked getting the kids to start working on the garden. He gave us a list of starter items and projects that we could do to get the kids excited about gardening.

Back then gardening was a whole “nother ball playing second only to sports.” We kids would stand around in awe at what we could do. As time went on and we matured gardening didn’t seem to be as exciting to us as it was to our parents.

Little did we know that as we get older, it’s not so easy and fun to grow plants. We find that the joy of gardening is still there spring, summer, autumn and even winter. But it just isn’t the same as when we were kids.

The funny thing is as we get older and begin having gardens, the further removed we get from the natural world, the less interested in gardening we are. This may be due to the world having become so technologically advanced that there are high tech gloves available to only the most well educated gardener. Or it could be due to the fact that as we get older it’s not as fun anymore.

I think that one of the drudiments of growing up in the suburbs that I learned was the respect for numbers. You see, it was expected that you didn’t have too many plants. You were supposed to be a ” numbering kettle” not like those cookie cutter cookies they throw at you in malls these days. So for me, living in a suburb where everyone is very cramped, crowded and competitive, I learned the value of Numbering Kitchen Gardens which is a form of very advanced scarcity.

The funny thing is as we get older and begin having gardens, the further removed we get from the natural world, the less interested in gardening we are.

I still think it’s interesting to see what different people have chosen to grow.Who would have thought that there would be such a wide variety of different things that you could grow? Not only that, but there are so many different ways to grow. Even between the different varieties of peas there are ones that will grow in the same general area.

I think that one of the coolest things aboutpeachocking is the fact that you never know where you’ll end up finding an entire delicious peach! Here are just a few places you may not end up at.

1. Lakeview Peaches

This peach variety has been around for well over 100 years and it’s still going strong. Growing currently in over 40 percent of the United States, the Lakeview peach is as timeless as they get.

2. Goldrush Peaches

Probably the most diverse of all the peaches, these beauties grow on up to 50 different varieties. They are a beautiful medium yellow/gold color fruit and are compact bushes that bear up to 15 to 20 pounds of fruit per year.

3. Lemon pie Peaches

Another prolific grower having an ongoing propagation as new cultivars are developed. These yellow to orange color fruits are perfect container plants as they are self pollinating. Pollinators such as bees and butterflies need to visit this specific cultivar to pollinate it, so the lady bugs, bees and butterflies can visit it and pollinate it as well.

4. Weeping Trumpet Vine

This is a weeping vine that isn’t as well known as some of the other weeping vines, butacker grow for the cheapest and best heart of the matter.
