Beauty Treatment in a Juicer

Beauty, they say, is in the eye of the beholder. Unfortunately, it is also all too susceptible to being killed off in early life by poor lifestyle choices which include late nights; too much alcohol; smoking; city smog and a whole list of unpleasant elements that attack our skin quality, make us gain weight and generally leave us looking worn out and decidedly frayed around the edges.

The fact is that most of us would benefit from a quick fix beauty treatment to put us back to our best look, and fast. While there may not be one magic elixir that will waken up limp wrist or cure those under eye bags, there are many treatments available today that are quick to get rid of the look that’s been nagging on us for months or years.

Of course, none of these beauty treatments will be kind to your body, and some, such as injections, will be simply too extreme for your buck. So here are some of the basics of some of the best beauty treatments out there.

Manicure

A manicure is a great way to make sure that your nails remain healthy and look beautiful. While there are some great nail polish colors out there, a great manicure will go a long way to clearing up any mystery and keeping your nails in tip top shape.

It is best to find a manicurist who specializes in nail care with a lot of years of experience. Make sure you ask the manicurist to massage the big toe of your foot for at least five minutes daily. This will help to keep the nail strong and to stimulate the blood flow and the circulation.

Other tips for keeping your nails strong and beautiful include:

• While washing your hands, make sure to scrub off the cuticle and the yellowy layer of the nail to reveal white still under the nail. If there is no white, massage some hand cream into your nail bed to help keep it supple and smooth.

• Like most other parts of your body, nails have tiny blood vessels underneath them. It is important to visit your doctor to get an annual checkup just to make sure that your nails are all healthy.

• It is also important to visit your doctor for a trim every four to six weeks.

• It is important to change your nail color as soon as you see the first signs of whitening.

• If you are a vegetarian, make sure that you read the labels very carefully to ensure that it is safe for you.

•Minimise your intake of vitamin A, which will allow your nails to stay strong. It is also important to eat foods that are high in calcium.

• Use a quality hand cream. Hand creams will help to keep the hands hydrated and to lock in the moisture.

• Never sleep with your bags still in. This trapped dust and dirt will only irritate the next day. Always follow up with a quick rinse so that the makeup will easily come off.

• Use a lip balm to keep your lips moist.

• Never skip the tongue bath. Your tongue is an important part of good hygiene. Botching the bath can cause all kinds of infections. The saliva in your mouth after food and drink will keep your tongue clean.

• Instead of using your fingers, you can always use a brush to clean the dirt and debris from your teeth. It will be better to take the time to brush your teeth in the shower and Deodorant bottle rather then doing it wet with soap and water.

• Although it feels great to use the hair dryer when you are trying to de-odorize, avoid it. Instead, pack a small towel with the heat setting and use that to dry instead.

• To avoid the danger of running cold fingers on your face when you are in another room, always wear gloves. You can always find gloves at the local pharmacy or store.

• Use baby wipes to make sure that you don’t have to use toilet paper to wipe off sweat. It can be tougher on the skin when it is already irritated.

• When it comes to deodorizing, you can use baking soda, aluminum oxide or white rock salt. You can also use baking soda alone if you don’t have the other ingredients around. Simply wet and bare with these ingredients until the skin turns white.

• If you want a quick fix to keep the lemon fresh, rub your nails with a little nail polish remover before you go to sleep.

• This can be done regardless of the season. Come Spring, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to your bath water. If you are in a hurry and don’t have time to wash your body, just rub a few drops of lavender essential oil on your bum and areas of your skin that it is going to be rubbed later on.

• Use baking soda to keep your teeth white.
